Refunds and Returns
Curve Brows stands by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event that you are unsatisfied with a product, please call 1-866-curvebrows immediately and we will be happy to discuss your concerns and resolve your issue. Due to the sanitary nature of our products, items are not refundable, however, we will do our best to address your issue and provide a store credit when appropriate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must contact us within three days of receiving your products. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-866-curvebrows for exchange instructions.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Training Cancellation Policy
Once Attendee registers for the Seminar, we make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their tuition and attendance, and, in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration processes, expenses, and loss of business. Given this fact, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds under any circumstances on the training registration deposit or the full class fee. Once registration fee has been paid, remaining balance is due in full 2 weeks prior to the first day of the seminar or attendee forfeits their spot and the registration deposit. ALL CLASS FEES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
